Obstacle one

Most people are so busy everyday that the food they eat is their greatest pleasure. This is a true danger that prevents permanent weight loss. If you burn candles at both ends, rushing from one commitment to the next day throughout the day, when you sit to eat, you want it to be better, because you deserve it.

Solution One

Find ways to get more pleasure in a day. Hopefully ten minutes of calm time every day read your favorite books or magazines, spend a few minutes with a friend on the phone, or start a new hobby that is fun. It doesn't take much time; Just find other ways to load fun so you don't need to load food.

Obstacle two

Most people do not have chips in their brains that allow happy self -discipline in the fields of health and fitness. Most of us must be disciplined to work on time, meet the deadline, attend traffic laws, but do not limit food or exercise regularly. Some rationalize that because they must be so disciplined in other ways they don't want when they come to their food and sports.

Solution Two

To build long -term self -discipline, you must focus on the excitement of the prize you will get at the end of the road, not the challenge of the trip. So make a list of the top ten prizes that you will get when you lose weight. You also have to ask yourself how much you cost to be overweight. Do you need your pride? Your joy and excitement in life? Do you have a relationship or job? Given the rewards and the cost of making self -disciplinary practices much easier.

Obstacle three

It's easy to be motivated around January 1, but what happens to all motivation around March 1? Or the first time brownies passed? Believe it or not, most people are not the ruler of their own motivation. They thought just because they wanted it that it was quite motivated, and apparently not.

Three solution

You have to find your motivation again every day. To do this, write ten main reasons you want to lose weight and maintain it. Also, make a list of people who motivate you to want to lose weight and why. Review this list, together with what you made above, in the morning and at night. Your motivation continues to develop so that what motivates you last week may not motivate next week. So revised your list regularly.

When you overcome these obstacles, you will lose weight because over time, you will find other ways to get pleasure in your life, you will practice positive self-discipline and learn to live with fewer food and like it, and you will rediscovering motivation every day to keep everything running.
